Someone hit my car and I was having trouble hearing back from insurance and the Police. East Collision handled everything with my insurance company, set me up with a rental company, and literally just took care of everything so I did not have to stress (exactly what you want after an accident). They were communicative, kind, and my car looks better than ever! They even arranged for my car to be brought to and from the shop. I don’t have enough kind things to say. I had some bird droppings on the hood of my car and due to the recent heat it was really in the paint, pretty much went through the clear coat of the car.

Paul and his team were very quick on fixing the problem with great communication and care.
