East Collision Inc deserves more than 5 stars. Paul and his team are extremely helpful and very professional. I highly recommend East Collision. They made the whole process much better than I expected. The turnaround time was quick. I think the owner is genuinely kind and not out there to charge anything more than what it really costs. My impression is that the business is honest and ethical. Strongly recommend! They even detailed the car. Would 10/10 recommend! My car looks immaculate!! This service was amazing and efficient!! This is the only place to go for repairs!!!

Punctured a tire on my drive home, pulled off the next exit and luckily Paul and his crew were there to save the day. They took us right in, patched us up and sent us on our way. Best of all, the patch up job made it the entire 4 hours back home to Mass. with no issues. Highly recommend!

My experience with East Collision was excellent. Paul and his team go out of their way to make sure you get the best quality service. Paul was very professional, he explained in detail the process of repairing my car, in addition handling and communicating with the insurance company. Paul provided transportation so I was be able to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. Also, getting and receiving updates on my car progress was very simple and painless. Overall, everything was seamless and I am very satisfied with the results of my car.I would highly recommend East Collision they are a 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Paul and his team are beyond amazing. My car was hit while parked by a drunk driver that left the scene. I was super stressed as you could imagine. I went to East collision and spoke to Paul he was empathetic and very helpful. He made the process as stress-free as possible. He took care of all the paperwork and constantly kept me informed of what was going on with my car. In the end, I was very happy with the work they did on my car it looked brand new!!! Can’t overstate how happy and satisfied I am with East Coast collision. I bought my Jeep with moderate damage.The work these guys did , when I came to pick up my Jeep it looked brand spanking new! Can’t say thanks enough.

I would absolutely offer more than 5 stars if that was an option. First and foremost, I was involved in a hit-and-run. Another car hit the driver side of the car and drove off, leaving the headlight/front lamp cracked, the Hyundai Elantra's front corner of the bumper were broken off, and the front fender had a dent in it and paint chipped off, which caused the driver door to make noises whenever I opened and closed it. Nevertheless, I found this place and contacted Paul right away. Our communication flowed quickly and effectively, and Paul was helpful throughout the entire process including taking care of any insurance-related matters, given the stressful nature of the case and the fact that I was located all the way in Brooklyn, a pick-up was arranged for the car. The team performed a fantastic job fixing the car, and it returned looking as good as new when it left the lot. We had a prior issue with the third break light being burnt out and that was fixed as well! We are extremely happy and pleased to have our car back in such excellent condition, it looks better than ever! Paul and his crew are to be recommended thank you so much, and we appreciate you.
