First and most important, Paul, Natalie and all the staff at East Collision inc. are kind, courteous, respectful and above all professional. I was shopping around at other businesses and initially wanted to get a quote on a repair for my Mercedes Benz as soon as I stepped into East Collision, spoke with the staff and saw that they were certified in Mercedes repair I knew it was meant to be and that is a decision I will never regret. Paul and Natalie literally took care of everything! From contacting my insurance to file a claim and setting me up with a rental car, they went above and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful. Paul kept great communication while my car was in the shop, once my car was finished it looked like I just purchased it and drives great! he took care of all the damages and even fixed a few things that weren’t required. If anyone ever needs a repair in NYC, I’d recommend going to East Collision a thousand times over. These are amazing people who truly care and aren’t all about the money. The service was also VERY REASONABLE and professional! Paul is very down to earth and personable and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his team’s hands. I would like to sincerely tell you all that my experience with this company has been exceptional. Paul helped me navigate an insurance claim from the beginning to end. I was treated like family not like any other business transaction. Paul is genuine, honest and extremely professional. His staff is also very responsive both through email and phone calls. It was my first claim with the other driver's insurance being absolutely awful and not responsive (Hereford Insurance). Paul advised me and helped me with all the hurdles that the insurance tried to throw at me. I would definitely recommend East Collision in the future.

My experience with East Collision was above and beyond excellent. Paul and his team made me feel very comfortable during the process. Paul was always available to answer any questions I had, and was more than happy to explain the insurance process, the repairs, and even provided transportation to pick up my Enterprise rental. Once my vehicle was repaired I could not believe how immaculate it looked, it’s as if I picked it up from the dealership the day I purchased it. I have never experienced professionalism this high from any type of repair service and would 1000% return in the future. I would very highly recommend if anyone in the New York area or beyond is looking for excellent service, very professional work, great communication, and peace of mind. East Collision Inc deserves more than 5 stars. Paul and his team are extremely helpful and very professional. I highly recommend East Collision. They made the whole process much better than I expected. The turnaround time was quick. I think the owner is genuinely kind and not out there to charge anything more than what it really costs. My impression is that the business is honest and ethical. Strongly recommend! They even detailed the car. Would 10/10 recommend! My car looks immaculate!! This service was amazing and efficient!! This is the only place to go for repairs!!!
